Before launching her Personal Management Consultancy in 1996, Claudia Bosenius, qualified in economic studies, worked during 4 years in Paris as a consultant within the former French-British company ALSTOM S.A which counted approximately 80.000 employees. Her responsibilities at the head office human resources were the implementation of an international mobility policy and the guidance of the group personnel directors about international mobility. After a commercial training followed by studies at the Economic School of Munich, Claudia Bosenius worked during 5 years in the Personnel and Social Affairs department of the Deutsches Reisebüro GMBH in Frankfurt which counted approximately 1.400 employees.

Carine Idé joined the Personal Management Consultancy of Claudia Bosenius as partner in 1998. Previously, she was responsible of export within a German company in the medical field. Her responsibilities were the management and the follow-up of the network of salesmen in more than 15 country and in addition the coordination of French-German projects. She graduated at the Catholic University of Translation and Economy of Lyon. She acquired her professional experience during training carried out at the university of Barcelona then at Freudenberg (Weinheim) and ABB (Mannheim). Moreover, she worked during 5 years as export assistant in 2 French companies working intensively with Germany.
